In February, we held our first planning meeting for Grad Night 2025. Since then, teams of volunteers have been hard at work to make every aspect of this year’s event memorable and loads of fun. We are still in need of parents and guardians of juniors, sophomores and freshmen to take charge of:
- Official Roles – Secretary, Webmaster
- Registration – in-person tables and tracking online submissions
- Bus Coordination – point of contact for school district transportation, prepare for and coordinate the check-in of graduates outside the Big Gym the night of June 6
We also need people who want to learn from our current leaders for: treasurer duties, entertainment and volunteer coordination. These folks are in their last year of volunteering and need to hand off their expertise.
